2 cups water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound salmon
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon chipotle marinade
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon noir seasoning
bayou cajun seasoning
Old Bay seasoning

Rinse 1 cup of quinoa under cold water.

In a hot pan, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 clove of chopped garlic, frying for about 30 seconds until slightly browned.

Add 2 cups of water, 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon, and 1 teaspoon of salt to the pan and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, add the rinsed quinoa, cover, and reduce heat to low, letting it simmer for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, marinate 1 pound of salmon with 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 1 tablespoon of chipotle marinade, 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of noir seasoning, bayou cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, and black pepper for 30 minutes.

In a hot pan, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and transfer the marinated salmon, covering the pan to cook.

Cook the salmon for about 7 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Remove the salmon and add drained chickpeas (or black beans) to the pan, cooking for 3 to 5 minutes.
