Unfold the puff pastry sheet and spread the tarragon chicken and almond salad evenly on the dough sheet.

Starting at the short side closest to you, begin rolling up the pastry like a jelly roll.

Press lightly on the end of the dough or roll it back and forth to ensure the end sticks to the rest of the dough.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.

Cut the rolled pastry into half-inch slices, aiming for about 12 swirls.

Lay the swirls flat on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown at 400°F.
