1 cup steamed rice
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup or sweet chilli sauce

In a mixing bowl, crack in the eggs. Season with oyster sauce, thin soy sauce, chicken seasoning powder and ground white pepper. Using a fork to beat the eggs mixture until well combined.

In a flying pan, heat the coconut oil on high heat.
