Roasted Rosemary Lemon Chicken in 45 minutes!

Butterfly the chicken.

Put olive oil in a bowl.

Add lemon juice to the olive oil.

Take fresh rosemary and go under the skin of the chicken, placing a couple of sprigs in each breast and each leg quarter.

Add lemon wedges around the chicken.

Sprinkle some rosemary over the top of the chicken.

Pour the olive oil and lemon mixture all over the chicken and into the crevices.

Place sliced red onions all over the chicken for added flavor.

Season with salt and pepper.

Put the chicken in the oven to roast for about 45 minutes.
