Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a food processor, combine dried figs, fresh raspberries, lemon juice, and water; blend until smooth.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add egg and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
Press two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Spread the fig and raspberry mixture evenly over the crust.
Crumble the remaining dough over the top of the filling.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
