Boil water and add half a box of jumbo shells.
Once cooked al dente, blanch the shells in cold water to prevent overcooking.
In a hot skillet, add 2 chicken breasts seasoned with cajun seasoning and salt; cook until browned on each side.
Before the chicken is fully cooked, add shrimp and cook for about 1.5 minutes on each side until they are charred but not burnt.
Remove chicken and shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic paste and sauté.
Add chopped red bell peppers, green bell peppers, and white onions; sauté for 3-5 minutes until translucent.
Slowly incorporate 1.5 cups of heavy cream into the pan, lifting the seasonings from the bottom.
Add half a teaspoon of garlic powder, salt, cajun seasoning, and lemon pepper seasoning; cook until the sauce simmers.
Chop the cooked shrimp and chicken into small pieces suitable for stuffing.
Add the chopped shrimp and chicken back into the sauce and mix well.
Stir in half a cup of Parmesan cheese to thicken the sauce.
Allow the mixture to cool before stuffing the shells to avoid runniness.
Stuff the shells with the chicken and shrimp mixture.
Pour the remaining sauce over the stuffed shells.
Grate fresh mozzarella cheese and sprinkle it over the top of the dish.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
