Apple Chicken Salad

2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 cup chopped precooked chicken
1 cup peeled (cored, & chopped apple)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced apple, chopped celery, red onion, and walnuts.

In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.

Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until everything is well coated.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
