4 cups Morning glory, AKA; Water Spinach
3 tbsp Canola Oil (Or whatever you prefer)
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
6 Cloves Garlic (Fresh, peeled, crushed)
