2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of lemon juice

2 tbsp of cooking oil
3 small bay leaves
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1 heaped tbsp of unsalted butter
Some roughly chopped coriander leaves and fresh chillies for garnishing
