1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon black seed
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 onions (cubed)
1/4 cup coriander
2 green onions
2 green chilies (finely chopped)
flour (for slurry)
water (for slurry)

Add the chopped potatoes to the pan along with garlic paste and spices (paprika, coriander powder, red chili flakes, salt, cumin powder, black seed, black pepper) and mix well.

Let the mixture cool to room temperature.

Prepare the samosa dough by mixing flour with water to create a slurry.

Take two sheets of dough and place them in a cross shape, applying flour slurry at the intersection to stick them together.

Add some filling in the center and fold the samosa, sealing with more slurry as needed.
