Add diced red onion to the browned beef.

Chop 1 red bell pepper and 1 orange bell pepper and add them to the pot.

Sprinkle in oregano and garlic salt to taste.

Add 1 can of diced tomatoes and 1 can of crushed tomatoes to the mixture.

Pour in water or beef broth (if you have it) to the pot.

Stir the mixture well and cover the pot.

Set the Instant Pot to slow cooker mode and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Once cooked, serve the soup in bowls and add a scoop of cooked rice in the center.
