2 tomatoes, halved
1 cup baked beans
4 slices of black pudding
4 slices of white pudding
4 slices of soda bread
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Add the sausages to the pan and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.

Add the bacon to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until crispy.

In the same pan, add the black and white pudding slices and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.

Push the sausages, bacon, and puddings to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty space. Cook to your desired doneness.

Add the halved tomatoes to the pan, cut side down, and cook for about 3 minutes until softened.

In a small pot, heat the baked beans until warmed through.

Toast the soda bread slices in the pan or under a grill until golden brown.
