1 kilogram flour
200 grams lard
34 raisins
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 egg
achiote
water
1/4 kilogram meat
2 large potatoes
1 liter beef broth
2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
2 cloves garlic

Mix 1 kg of flour with 200 grams of lard until it resembles small stones.

Make a well in the flour mixture and add 3/4 cup of sugar, 1 egg, and 1/2 tablespoon of salt.

Gradually add water until a compact dough forms, not too soft.

Add achiote for color and mix well.

Let the dough rest in a plastic bag for 10-15 minutes.

In a skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of oil and sauté 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic until soft.

Add 1/4 kg of meat and cook until browned.

Add 2 large boiled potatoes, cut into small pieces, and mix.

Pour in 1 liter of beef broth and add 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin, hydrated in cold broth.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
