1 cup butter
2 large eggs
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 lb ground beef
2 cups potatoes (diced)
1 cup peas
1 medium onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup green olives (chopped)
2 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon chili powder

Mix flour and salt in a bowl.

Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Whisk eggs with water and add to flour mixture; mix until dough forms.

Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth; wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
