Prepare the filling by mixing minced chicken, green onion, ginger, garlic, salt, and dark soy sauce in a bowl.
Take a piece of dough, sprinkle some flour on it, and roll it out into a small disc.
Place 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of the filling in the center of the disc.
Fold the disc over the filling and pinch it closed tightly to prevent it from opening during steaming.
Brush the steamer with oil to prevent sticking.
Place the dumplings in the steamer, ensuring they are not touching each other.
Cover the steamer and steam the dumplings for 10 minutes.
Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing lemon juice, chopped garlic, chopped green chili, chopped ginger, dark soy sauce, salt, and water in a bowl.
Mix the dipping sauce well until combined.
After 10 minutes, carefully remove the lid from the steamer, being cautious of the steam.
Let the dumplings rest for a moment before serving as they are delicate.
