Line a 6x6 pan with parchment paper.

Spread a layer of mini peanut butter cups on the bottom of the pan and set it aside.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.

Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir.

If necessary, repeat in 10-second intervals until the chocolate is completely melted.

Carefully spread half of the fudge mixture over the layer of peanut butter cups.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup of Reese's Pieces over the fudge.

Spread the remaining fudge over the Reese's Pieces.

Sprinkle the rest of the mini peanut butter cup pieces and Reese's Pieces over the top of the fudge and lightly press them in.

Refrigerate the fudge until firm.

Remove the fudge from the pan and cut it into desired sizes.
