1 medium Onion
2 tsp Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic
110 ml/ ½ Cup Water
110 ml/ ½ Cup Cider Vinegar
160g/ ½ Cup Ketchup
45g/ ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Mustard
1 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
1 tsp Chili Powder

Dice a medium onion and mince the garlic cloves and then set aside.

Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat and sauté the onion and the garlic for 2 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Add all the remaining ingredients: water, cider vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, honey, mustard, Worchestershire Sauce and chili powder. Stir until well combined and cook uncovered for about 25 minutes until it thickens. The sauce will thicken more as it cools.
