1 cup mixed yellow and red bell peppers
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
3 tortillas
1 cup double cheddar cheese
sour cream

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.

In a medium bowl, add 8 ounces of cream cheese.
