1 1/4 cups warm water
1 cup shredded cheese (like Oaxaca or mozzarella)
1/2 cup refried beans
1/2 cup salsa

In a mixing bowl, combine masa harina and salt.

Gradually add warm water to the masa harina, mixing until a smooth dough forms.

Divide the dough into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.

Flatten each ball into a disc using a tortilla press or rolling pin.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each disc for about 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
