1/3 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
1/4 cup chopped red peppers
2 tbsp chopped serrano peppers
3 tbsp hot sauce
1/2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tsp salt
chilli flakes
cheddar cheese
sour cream
pesto sauce

In a mixing bowl, combine masa harina and salt.

Gradually add warm water to the masa harina, mixing until a smooth dough forms.

Divide the dough into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.

Flatten each ball into a disc using a tortilla press or rolling pin.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each disc for about 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned.

Remove from the skillet and keep warm.

In the center of each disc, place a spoonful of refried beans and a sprinkle of cheese.

Fold the disc in half to create a half-moon shape and press the edges to seal.

In a deep pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Fry each filled antojito until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
