50 gr. (1/3 cup) dried cranberries
25 gr. (1/4 cup) dried apricots
25 gr. (1/4 cup) prunes
2 eggs
70 gr. (1/2 cup) almonds
70 gr. (1/2 cup) peanuts
50 gr. (1/2 cup) hazelnuts
20 gr. (1/5 cup) pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 bananas
2 tablespoons maple syrup or jerusalem artichoke syrup
100 gr. (2/3 cup) dark chocolate without sugar
1 tablespoon coconut oil
