1/4 cup water
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Clean 4-5 chicken drumsticks or thighs with 1/4 cup of vinegar and rinse under hot water.

Add 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of browning sauce, and 1/2 of a chicken flavor bouillon tablet to the bag.

Add a few sprigs of fresh thyme, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 scotch bonnet pepper (seeds removed), and 2 scallions to the bag.

Add 1 green bell pepper, 1 small onion, and 1 red bell pepper to the bag.

Close the Ziploc bag, squeezing out all the air, and mix the ingredients.

In a pot on medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
