3 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1 large carrot
1 cup green lentils
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 medium tomato
4 cups hot water
1/4 cup coriander leaves
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

Add butter to a pot and melt it.

Add garlic, onion, and carrot, and allow them to soften.

Add soaked lentil and roast for a minute.
