  2. 2In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of flour and 1/2 tsp of salt.
  3. 3Cut in 1 cup of chilled butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. 4Stir in ice water, a tablespoon at a time, until the mixture forms a ball. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
