Easy & yummy breakfast!

Layer cooked egg noodles at the bottom of a baking dish, using a thin layer.

In a bowl, crack 8-9 eggs and add pink Himalayan salt and black pepper to taste.

Whisk the eggs until combined.

Add approximately 3/4 cup of whole milk to the egg mixture and whisk again.

Stir in shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese and chopped green onions to the egg mixture.

Pour the egg mixture over the noodles and mix to combine evenly.

Add a package of pork sausage and bacon on top of the mixture and mix again.

Incorporate a handful of spinach into the mixture and mix well.

Add squares of cream cheese into the mixture, pushing them in without fully mixing.

Top the mixture with swiss cheese before baking.

Bake in the oven at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
