Add 1 cup of warm water to a bowl.
Whisk in 2 and 1/4 teaspoons of instant yeast until combined.
Add 2 tablespoons of raw honey (or sugar) to the yeast mixture and whisk together well.
Let the yeast mixture sit for a few minutes until bubbly and foamy.
In a stand mixer, add 3 cups of organic all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Add 2 tablespoons of avocado oil to the flour and salt mixture.
Attach the dough hook and combine the ingredients well.
Once the yeast mixture is ready, add it to the mixer and knead until a dough ball forms and no longer sticks to the sides of the bowl.
Lightly oil your hands with avocado oil, remove the dough, and shape it into a ball.
Grease a bowl with avocado oil and place the dough inside, covering it with plastic wrap.
Let the dough rise in a warm area for 1 hour until doubled in size.
After rising, lightly oil your hands and remove the dough from the bowl.
Grease a bread pan with avocado oil and shape the dough into a loaf.
Place the shaped dough into the greased bread pan and cover it again.
Let it rise for another hour.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the loaf for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a cooling rack.
Brush the top of the loaf with butter after removing it from the pan.
Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
