2 cinnamon sticks
2 cups water (for soaking)
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup raw sugar
1-2 cups cold brew coffee (Zamboni blend from Dogwood Coffee)

Soak 1.5 cups of long grain rice and 2 cinnamon sticks in 2 cups of water overnight.

Blend the soaked rice and cinnamon sticks with the soaking water until smooth.
