4 oz American cheese (shredded)
1 tablespoon dry parsley flakes
4 oz feta cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (fresh)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Italian herbs
1 tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
1/2 cup Italian olives
