Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add finely chopped onions and cook until softened.

Add ginger and garlic, then add finely chopped tomatoes.

Add 400 grams of chicken mince meat and keep stirring until it changes color.

Add vegetables (optional) and potatoes (optional).

Add all the spices and keep stirring.

Add sweet corn, finely chopped chillies, and fresh coriander to the mixture.

Cook until the mixture dries out, then remove from heat.

Cool down the mixture before using it.

Take ready-made puff pastry and press down the mixture with a fork.

Place the filled pastry on an oven tray and glaze with egg.

Bake in the oven at gas mark 7 for around 20 minutes or until completely puffed up.
