28 oz crushed tomatoes (1 can) or 3-4 fresh crushed tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon chili flakes or cayenne pepper (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon seven spices
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 cup water
