Instructions
- 1Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them into small pieces.
- 2Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth.
- 3In a blender, combine coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt; blend until smooth.
- 4Add the sliced strawberries to the coconut milk mixture and stir gently to combine.
- 5Pour the coconut milk and strawberry mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about halfway.
- 6Drizzle the melted chocolate into each mold, using a skewer to swirl it into the mixture.
- 7Top off the molds with more coconut milk mixture, leaving a little space at the top.
- 8Insert wooden sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- 9To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

- 3Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the mixture and whisk until fully dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
- 4Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool slightly.
- 5If using gummy bears, add them to the mixture and stir gently.
- 6Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- 7Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- 8To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
- 9Gently pull the popsicles out of the molds and enjoy!

- 2In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- 3Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- 4In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- 5Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until just combined.
- 6Divide the batter evenly into six small bowls. Add a few drops of different food coloring to each bowl to create vibrant colors.
- 7Spoon the colored batter into a piping bag or zip-top bag, and cut a small hole in one corner.
- 8Pipe the colored batter into the doughnut pan, swirling the colors together to create a rainbow effect.
- 9Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- 10In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar with 2-3 tablespoons of milk to create a glaze. Dip the cooled doughnuts into the glaze and let set.
