Instructions

  1. 1Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them into small pieces.
  2. 2Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth.
  3. 3In a blender, combine coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt; blend until smooth.
  4. 4Add the sliced strawberries to the coconut milk mixture and stir gently to combine.
