Add large chuck roast to slow cooker.
Pour packet of beefy onion soup mix over roast.
Sprinkle half a packet of brown gravy mix over the roast.
Add one sliced yellow onion to the slow cooker.
Pour two cups of beef broth into the slow cooker.
Place four pieces of frozen corn on the cob into the slow cooker.
Clean and poke holes in four red potatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and add to slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until potatoes are tender and roast is cooked through.
Remove potatoes and corn to a plate and discard parchment paper.
Dice three carrots and two ribs of celery, and one yellow onion.
Cut one pound of golden potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Add two chicken breasts to the slow cooker.
Add diced vegetables and two tablespoons of minced garlic to the slow cooker.
Pour in two cups of chicken broth and a can of petite diced tomatoes.
Add seasonings: two teaspoons of salt, one teaspoon of pepper, one teaspoon of garlic powder, one teaspoon of onion powder, one teaspoon of oregano, one teaspoon of Italian seasoning, one teaspoon of dried basil, one teaspoon of dried rosemary, and half a teaspoon of dried thyme.
Stir the mixture and cook on low for 6 hours.
Make a cornstarch slurry with half a cup of water and two tablespoons of cornstarch, then stir until dissolved.
Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
Add cornstarch slurry and one tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, stir, and cook on high for 20 minutes to thicken.
Add three chicken breasts to the slow cooker for Fiesta Chicken.
Add two tablespoons of taco seasoning, one can of corn (not drained), and one can of Rotel (not drained).
Add one drained and rinsed can of cannellini beans on top.
Add an 8 oz block of cream cheese on top and cook on low for 6 hours.
Shred the chicken and stir in the cream cheese until smooth.
Serve over tortilla chips or in burritos with toppings of choice.
Rinse one and a half cups of dry lentils and add to slow cooker.
Add three cups of vegetable broth, one cup of salsa, one diced yellow onion, one teaspoon of soy sauce, and one and a half tablespoons of taco seasoning.
Stir and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or until lentils are tender.
Serve as a burrito bowl or in tortillas with toppings of choice.
