For the dressing, combine 1 cup of coconut oil mayonnaise, juice of 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon of stone ground mustard, a shot of sriracha, 1 teaspoon of tamari, 1/2 teaspoon of toasted sesame oil, a pinch of salt, a few cracks of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of tahini in a bowl.

After roasting, switch the oven to broil for the last 10 minutes to crisp the chicken skin.
