Prepare a thawed and dried turkey, using paper towels to dry.
Inject the turkey with a mixture of 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup apple cider, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon salt using a turkey injector.
Make a marinade with 4 ounces of semi-melted butter, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, adding fresh rosemary.
Rub the marinade inside and outside the turkey.
Place the turkey in a special oven bag for faster cooking, refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
In a hot skillet, add oil and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
Add ground meat to the skillet, breaking it apart and adding a bit of water to prevent clumping, cooking for about 5 minutes until the water evaporates.
Season the meat with garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and beef broth.
Add diced vegetables (potatoes, bell peppers) and cook for 20 minutes covered on medium heat.
Mix in bread crumbs to the meat mixture for consistency, ensuring it holds together when stuffed.
After marinating, stuff the turkey with the meat mixture and add olives around the turkey.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and roast the turkey in the bag for 2 hours.
After 1.5 hours, check the turkey and turn it for even browning.
Use the drippings from the bag to make gravy by mixing 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with the drippings, stirring until smooth.
Serve the turkey with gravy and sides like rice or mashed potatoes.
