white chocolate chips

Dark chocolate chips have less sugar and chopped chocolate can be more economical.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a bowl, combine 1 box of funfetti cake mix and 2 eggs.
Add 1/3 cup of oil to the mixture.
Mix all ingredients together until well blended to form a dough ball.
Roll the dough into about 1-inch sized balls and place them on a cookie sheet.
Dunk the bottom of a glass in flour and flatten the dough balls into a nice circle shape.
Place the flattened cookies in the oven and bake for 6 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to completely cool on a cooling rack.
Spread vanilla icing over the top of the cooled cookies and sprinkle with extra chips.
