Bake 2 of the Just Bare Chicken Breasts.

Peel & Boil Potatoes for Mashed Potatoes. Mash them with whatever you like, I used butter and heavy cream.

For the gravy, heat butter in a skillet, add flour and cook for 2 minutes to cook out the raw flour taste.

Add 1 tsp of Better than Bullion and cook for about 30 seconds.

Add 2 cups of water and whisk to remove lumps. You can use chicken stock instead of the Better than Bullion and water.

Cook until thickened, finish with 1/2 cup of heavy cream. Season to taste.
