300 g digestive biscuits
50 g melted butter
9 gelatin sheets
650 g strawberries
250-300 g honey
1 kg strained yogurt

Crush 300 g digestive biscuits until they have a fine texture.

Melt 50 g butter and mix it with the crushed biscuits.

Press the biscuit mixture into a 20x30 tray to form a base.

Place the tray in the fridge for 30 minutes to set the base.

In a saucepan, add 650 g strawberries and cook them over low heat.

Once the strawberries are heated, add 9 gelatin sheets to the saucepan and stir until dissolved.
