1/2 teaspoon Ginger paste
1 1/2 teaspoons Coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon Zaaffran
3 tablespoons Boiling Water
1 can diced Tomato
3 1/2 cups Water
3 cups Vegetable Broth
1 cup Split Red Lentils
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 cup Fresh Parsley
1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro
Greek Yogurt
Lemon
