1 chicken cube
100 ml fresh cream
200 grams pasta
1/4 cup milk

Prepare a spice mix by combining 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon mixed herbs, 1 teaspoon paprika powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and 2 tablespoons flour in a bowl.

Sprinkle the spice mix over 2 chicken breasts, covering both sides thoroughly and patting it down to adhere.

In a pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of oil over medium to low heat.

Add the chicken breasts to the pan and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes on one side until golden brown.

Flip the chicken breasts after about 1 minute and cook for an additional minute on the other side until tender and golden.

Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. Slice the chicken into pieces.

In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter and melt it.

Lower the heat and add 100 ml of fresh cream, mixing well. If cream is unavailable, milk can be used as a substitute.

Add 200 grams of pre-boiled pasta (boiled with salt and 1 tablespoon of oil) to the sauce and mix thoroughly.

Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese to the pasta and mix until melted.

Garnish with fresh coriander and cover the pan, cooking on low heat for about 1 minute to meld the flavors.
