Nutritional yeast is dairy-free and adds a cheesy flavor.
Butterfly the chicken breasts and season them with creole seasoning.
Dredge the seasoned chicken breasts in flour on both sides.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil and butter.
Boil salted water in a pot and add the bow tie pasta.
Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about a few minutes per side.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bits in the skillet.
Reduce the heat to medium and add a good amount of butter to the skillet.
Add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes (with some oil) to the skillet.
Pour in a lot of heavy cream and a little bit of Sriracha, then add Italian seasoning.
Mix the ingredients and let the sauce cook for a few minutes until it thickens, mashing the tomatoes if desired.
Add grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce and stir.
Return the chicken to the skillet to finish cooking and soak up the sauce.
Drain the pasta and pour the sauce over it before serving.
