Combine 200 g of breadcrumbs with 150 ml of milk and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Add 150 g of aged pecorino or parmesan, chopped parsley, 1 clove of garlic, 2 eggs, salt, and pepper to the breadcrumb mixture.

Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the sauce by browning 1 onion for a few minutes.

Add 500 ml of tomato sauce, salt, and pepper, and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the formed balls until golden brown on each side.
