2 cups broccoli, cut into florets
4 whole garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup stone ground mustard
1/4 cup honey
4 chicken thighs

Cut the sweet potatoes into French fry matchsticks.

In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato fries, broccoli, and whole garlic cloves with a drizzle of olive oil.
