1 teaspoon cumin

Prepare the potatoes for frying.

Cut the beef into strips.

Cut the bell pepper into pieces.

Cut the onion into pieces.

Cut the tomato into julienne strips.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until golden.

In the same pan, add the beef and cook it.

Add the tomato, onion, bell pepper, garlic, salt, cumin, and oregano to the beef.

Mix all ingredients together in the pan.

Cover the pan and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
