3 tsp sweet paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups (480 ml) beef broth
1 tbsp salt
7 oz (200 g) wide egg noodles
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sour cream
4 chicken thighs with skin and bone
5 drumsticks
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 shallots
1 cup (256 ml) dry white wine
1/2 cup (120 ml) chicken stock
fresh thyme
bay leaf
4 tablespoons crème fraîche
1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
2 tbsp flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 lb (1 kg) chopped potatoes
1 tbsp salt
2 cups (480 ml) apple cider
1 cup (240 ml) beef broth
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup (80 ml) milk
