2 cups (110g) UNSWEETENED SHREDDED COCONUT
1 can (12-14oz/320-398g) SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
1/2 cup (115g) UNSALTED BUTTER
1/2 cup (100g) SEMI-SWEET DARK CHOCOLATE
3 EGGS
1 tsp (6g) VANILLA EXTRACT
1/2 cup (75g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/3 cup (30g) COCOA POWDER
1/4 tsp SALT
1/2 cup (70g) WHOLE ALMONDS

Mix condensed milk and coconut flakes together to form a thick paste.

Melt butter and chocolate in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.

Beat eggs and vanilla together in a small bowl then add it to the chocolate mix. Whisk to incorporate.

Add flour, cocoa powder and salt to batter and fold together until there's no more white flour.

Grease and line your pot/pan with parchment paper.

Pour in HALF of the batter and spread it out on the bottom of the pan in one layer.

Scoop the coconut mixture onto the chocolate and evenly distribute over the chocolate. Press down the coconut HARD to really compact it.

Layer the whole almonds on top and press them deep into the coconut.

Add the rest of the batter on top, spreading it evenly over the almonds and smooth out the top.

Bake for 2 bake cycles (60 min) and check. Rice cookers varied so bake longer as needed.
