Lemony Chicken Meatballs and Creamy Orzo

Mix all meatball ingredients in a bowl.
Oil your baking sheet and add tin foil or parchment paper.
Form meatballs about 2 inches in size.
Pop the meatballs in the oven at 400° F for 20 minutes.
In a pot, add olive oil, garlic, and onions and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add 1 cup of orzo (or orzo and shells) to the pot.
Add 1 cup of chicken broth (or water and chicken powder) to the pot.
Mix and let simmer for 10 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove meatballs from the oven.
Add 1/2 cup of grated parmesan and 1/2 cup of cream to the orzo.
Top with a dollop of tzatziki, oregano, and a little bit of olive oil.
