Take a bowl and add 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 cup of whole wheat flour.
Make a hole in the center of the flour mixture and add 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of water.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 cup of yogurt, 1 teaspoon of oil, 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and salt to taste.
Mix all the ingredients well to form a dough.
Knead the dough using your fingertips until it reaches a smooth consistency.
Let the dough rest for 2 to 3 hours, covered with a cloth in a warm place.
After resting, punch down the dough and divide it into small balls.
Let the dough balls rest for another 10 to 20 minutes.
Roll out each dough ball into a flat shape, sprinkling nigella seeds and coriander leaves on top before rolling again to adhere them.
Heat a tawa (griddle) until hot, and place the rolled naan on it.
Cook the naan on the tawa, ensuring it puffs up and cooks evenly.
