1 lb Italian sausage, removed from casing
1 onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 1/4 cups pasta water
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 cups baby spinach
