1 teaspoon salt

1 cup boiled kidney beans
1 cup boiled peas
1 cup boiled yam
1 cup water from kidney beans
1 cup amaranth leaves

Add water from the kidney beans or regular water/vegetable stock, taste for salt and spices.

Cover and let it simmer until the stock thickens.
