2 tablespoons Gentleman Jack bourbon
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees for about 5-6 minutes.

In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of peach preserves, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 minced garlic clove, and 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt.

Add 2 tablespoons of canola oil to the mixture.

Add 2 tablespoons of Gentleman Jack bourbon to the sauce.
